Our store is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm every day of the week, including Saturdays and holidays.

No. Placing an order on Alphaveggies is absolutely free. We offer Online grocery shopping and delivery services in Nairobi. Hence, you only pay for your desired products and delivery fee.

Yes. Alphaveggies offers online grocery shopping and delivery in Nairobi through our website. We also provide delivery services within the outskirts of Nairobi.

Absolutely not. Our products are offered at highly competitive prices. While some prices are exactly the same as supermarkets, you can rest assured that most products are priced notably lower as we work directly with local growers and source some produce from our own farms.

All our product prices are clearly stated on our website for your perusal when placing an order. As mentioned above, we only charge a fee for your products and delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the location we deliver to.  After placing an order, our professional staff will contact you and send you a quotation inclusive of delivery charges.

Kindly note that:

• Orders below 2000/- a delivery fee of ksh.50 will be charged within Nairobi CBD
• Orders above 2000 /- we offer free delivery within Nairobi CBD
• Orders above 2000/- to 5000/- a delivery fee of ksh.500 will be charged outside Nairobi but within it’s environs.
• Orders above 5000/- we offer free delivery within Nairobi and it’s environs
• Orders outside Nairobi metropolitan a delivery fee of 1000/- will be charged.

Yes. We offer convenient curbside pickup for online orders in Nairobi. Simply place your order online via our website and one of our trained staff will contact you to help select the most convenient curbside pickup option.

At our store, there are no restrictions on quantities, allowing our customers to purchase as much or as little as they need. Similarly, there are no additional charges for maximum or minimum orders, ensuring flexibility and affordability to our clients. Kindly note, however, that home delivery is only available for orders above 1500/- Anything less kindly contact us at 0708895871.

Simple Answer? No. Our prices remain the same regardless of the time of day you purchase products to be delivered.

We accept M-pesa, Paypal, and bank transfers for your convenience. For security purposes, Alphaveggies does NOT collect your private information or require your credit card details on file in order for you to place an order.

Honest answer? No, we don’t. As a matter of fact, no business offers one hour delivery. Look at it this way, delivery between 8:00 am – 9:00 am. If you factor in the time it takes for your items to get sourced and packaged. Plus the time taken by the riders to bring the order to your location, it would be practically impossible to accomplish in one hour.

Any orders placed past 11:00 am will be delivered within 24  hours. Once your order is confirmed past 11:00am,, our dedicated staff will schedule it the night before the delivery. This allows us enough time to source the freshest and highest quality products for you. Some orders, however, can be delivered the same day. Absolutely! At Alphaveggies there is a wide selection of organic fruits and vegetables to suit your various dietary needs and preferences. Our organic products are sourced from Mlango Farm as well as other trusted, local growers.

Yes. We accept special orders for products that are not regularly stocked in our store. Please speak with a member of our staff and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
